Paint & Sip Team Building Workshop
What To Expect
Your day begins with a warm Introduction and the creative icebreaker, Blindfolded Painting, to connect with your senses and set the tone for embracing intuition and imperfection. During the Blindfolded Painting activity, you’ll explore texture and movement through guided prompts—all without the use of sight.
Afterward, take a relaxing Break & Refreshments with drinks (wine or non-alcoholic options) and light snacks, while reflecting on your blindfolded creations. Then, transition into Guided Painting with a Twist, where you’ll combine intuition and structure to create a complete painting, adding personal touches inspired by your earlier work.
The session concludes with a Wrap-Up & Sharing, where you’ll celebrate your creations in an art showcase and reflect on how the experience can inspire creativity and mindfulness in daily life. By the end, you’ll leave with two unique art pieces, new creative skills, and a deeper connection to your team and your own creative process.
